Sitterley Scholarship Trusts (William J. Sitterley, Trustee), is the sole owner of all information collected by way of this site or applications received. We will not sell, share, rent or distribute this information to others except as necessary for the legal operation of the scholarships. Scholarship applications will be retained in a secure fashion for purposes of selecting applicants, maintaining scholarship recipients records and tax return records for as long as deemed necessary or appropriate, until said records are destroyed in a secure fashion. Data will also be retained to track hits to the website via site master tracking information. Both physical and electronic security systems are employed to maintain a high level of security for all scholarship records.
